8-24-09 1207 Haddonfield Rd.- 3rd Alarm Building
Companies were dispatched for a tree branch that fell on power lines and was sparking next to a building at 11:10 A.M. Camden County Communications advised responding units a tree brought down the wires but it was not sparking at this time. Engine 661 arrived and reported smoke from the building requesting the box to be filled. They reported a 2 story wood frame building with medium smoke from the rear door. Crews gained access in to the building to find heavy smoke coming from the basement. Crews placed a hand line in operation to find fire condition in the basement as well as in the walls. The All hands box was transmitted. At the 30 minute mark, Command 6600 reported one line in operation with crews venting the building requesting the 2nd alarm. Multiple lines were stretched as crews opened the 1st floor and the roof. One hour into the job command reported heavy fire out of the roof on Division A side of the building. Command struck a 3rd alarm. One firefighter was treated for chest pains. The fire was placed under control at 12:30. Occupants from the building stated there was a person working on trimming the tree on the side of the building when it fell onto the power lines. The Camden County Fire Marshals Office has the fire under investigation.

11-9-07 Penn Rd.- All Hands Dwelling
At 3 am a dwelling was dispatched in Voorhees Township at 41 Penn Road. Command 22-201 arrived on location and reported a 2 story single family dwelling with heavy fire throughout. The All Hands was sounded on arrival. Command reported all arriving companies would be setting up and preparing to go in operation with exterior attack.At the 10 minute mark Command reported 2 2 ½” hand lines and a Ladder Pipe in operation. Additional hand lines were also placed in operation as well. Crews reported a collapse in Division C early into the job. Crews operated on location with master streams surrounding the dwelling. The fire was placed under control about 1 ½ hour from dispatch time. The entire 2nd floor collapsed well into the job. The Camden County Fire Marshals Office has the fire under investigation. No injuries were reported on the fire ground.

10-27-07 1 Acorn Ln. - All Hands Dwelling
A box was transmitted in Voorhees Township for a dwelling fire at 108 Acorn Lane at 11 pm on a very rain filled night. Voorhees command arrived and reported a 2 story single family dwelling with heavy smoke showing from the 2nd floor, striking the all hands.Crews went in operation with 1 ¾” hand line and performed searches. The Ladder Company set up ground ladders and ventilated.The fire was brought under control at the 20 minute mark. One neighbor was treated for smoke inhalation. Firefighters found a cat to be D.O.A inside the dwelling.No firefighter injuries were reported on the fireground. The fire is under investigation by the Camden County Fire Marshals Office.

5-2-07 Burnt Mill Rd - Somerdale Rd. - All Hands Building
At 5am, a box was transmitted in Voorhees Township, for a building fireUnits were dispatched to Burnt Mill Rd. and Somerdale for a fire at the Race Way Car Wash. Camden County Communications advised units they received a call reporting fire through the roof.Command, 66-201 arrived and confirmed the report striking the all hands. Crews arrived and forced entry into the structure. At the 10 minute mark, command still had heavy fire conditions with handlines in operation. At the 20 minute mark crews still had fire on the Division B side with progress being made. At the 30 minute mark, Command reported all visible fire was knocked down with crews opening up. One firefighter was transported to an area hospital from the fireground. Unknown conditions.The fire is under investigation by the Camden County Fire Marshals Office.

3-5-06 5 StoneHurst Drive All Hands (pics by Joe )
Command had heavy fire showing number 2 floor of Division D. 6631 went into service 1 3/4" and made a tremendous knock on the fire and had most of the visible fire knocked by the `0 minute mark. Fire was placed under control at the 20 minute mark. Mutual aid from 681, Evesham 223, CFM 9.
